Thaler Reilly Wilson prepared a Master Plan for the Red Lion Inn that included the main inn, multiple guest houses, numerous out buildings and the grounds. Planning included looking forward 1 to 10 years and breaking out critical projects with scope descriptions and cost estimates. TRW is continuing with the update of the Master Plan to make it a "living" document that the owners can continue to refer to for guidance.

TRW recently completed the extensive renovation of the main kitchen in the 120 year old historic inn.
​
The project involved extensive structural repairs that led to a ground up approach and the replacement of all flooring, ventilation, lighting, and new efficient equipment.
​
The new optimized kitchen is now fully equipped to handle the busy seasons ahead for the Red Lion Inn.
