Lacey Thaler Reilly Wilson prepared a Master Plan for the Red Lion Inn that included the main inn, multiple guest houses, numerous out buildings and the grounds. Planning included looking forward 1 to 10 years and breaking out critical projects with scope descriptions and cost estimates. LTRW is continuing with the update of the Master Plan to make it a "living" document that the owners can continue to refer to for guidance.
LTRW recently completed the extensive renovation of the main kitchen in the 120 year old historic inn.
The project involved extensive structural repairs that led to a ground up approach and the replacement of all flooring, ventilation, lighting, and new efficient equipment.
The new optimized kitchen is now fully equipped to handle the busy seasons ahead for the Red Lion Inn.
